Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. All non-insurance based services require full prepayment prior to service fulfillment.
Accepted Insurances
Medical Mutual, Aetna — and more to come. Insurance participation varies by clinician, so we confirm your benefits before your first session.
Good Faith Estimates
If you are uninsured or are not using insurance to pay for care, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. You may request an estimate before scheduling; it must be provided within 3 business days of your request. For care scheduled 3–9 business days in advance, the estimate must be provided within 1 business day of scheduling. For care scheduled 10 or more business days in advance, it must be provided within 3 business days of scheduling. Scheduling less than 3 business days ahead does not trigger the scheduling-based requirement; you may still request an estimate. Keep a copy. If a bill from a provider is at least $400 more than that provider’s estimate, you may qualify for the federal dispute process; start it within 120 calendar days of the initial bill. Please cancel by message from the client portal, phone, or email at least 24 hours ahead of your session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a full session rate fee ($175). Insurances do not cover late cancellation or no-show fees.

Separate, prepay, clearly labeled.
All non-insurance based services require full prepayment prior to service fulfillment. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellations, reschedules, or withdrawal of request.
Submission of a request does not guarantee fulfillment — requests must align with clinical judgment and professional standards.
Requests we are able to fill take 2–6 weeks according to need and time. Expedited service costs more.
